The old adage about the devil being in the details must surely have been written by someone involved in graphic production. The average length of employment of our customer service staff is 14 years. In that time we have learned the value of properly organizing projects from the start to insure success. With larger projects, we design our pricing spreadsheets in a way that they easily become updatable production reports that we share with the in-house team members as well as the client. All jobs are logged into our work-order program and tracked throughout production. The software is integrated with our accounting and digital departments making for a complete archive of image files as well as accounting information.
